Starboard Yacht Group LLC performs heavy mechanical installations and refits; STAR performs R&D and software development; Salty Marine engineered advanced battery solutions; and UpgradeGyro handles diagnostic evaluations. No Seakeeper installations or dealer activity ever occur under STAR, Salty, UpgradeGyro, or HelmLegal.
